  • By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

  • ILS Media is a UK-based sole trader offering photographic prints, framed prints and other creative products for sale.

  • We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.

  • However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

  • Product photographs are for illustrative purposes.

  • Framing materials and finishes may vary slightly where suppliers change materials of an equivalent quality.

  • Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

  • 4. Prices

  • All prices shown on the Website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

  • Where applicable, delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

  • 5. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time you place your order using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

  • These may include:

  • Credit cards

  • PayPal

  • Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers.

  • ILS Media does not store your full payment card details.

  • 6. Order Acceptance

  • Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding contract.

  • Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched, whichever occurs first.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order—for example because a product is unavailable, an error has occurred with pricing, or payment cannot be authorised—we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

  • 7. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated times shown on the Website where possible.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier issues or severe weather.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

  • Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.

  • 8. Inspection of Goods

  • Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with details of the issue and, where possible, photographs to help us assess your claim.

  • 9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  • Your rights to cancel an order or request a return or refund are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

  • 10. Personalised and Bespoke Products

  • Some products may be made to your specifications or personalised at your request.

  • Unless faulty, damaged or not as described, personalised or bespoke products cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

  • 11. Intellectual Property

  • All photographs, artwork, designs, logos and other content used on the Website remain the intellectual property of ILS Media or its licensors.

  • Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights.

  • Images may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, used commercially or altered without prior written permission.

  • 12. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Subject to the above, ILS Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of products supplied through the Website.

  • Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the affected product, except where a greater liability is required by law.

  • 13. Events Beyond Our Control

  • We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather.

  • Fire.

  • Flood.

  • Industrial disputes.

  • Supplier delays.

  • Transport disruption.

  • Power or internet outages.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Where such circumstances arise, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your order as soon as practicable or, where appropriate, offer a refund.

  • Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Payment providers may also process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
