    Typical FAQs:

  1. What notice period is required for a leaflet distribution?
We normally require a minimum 7 days notice from the time of a confirmed booking. Required notice periods may vary based on the size and scale of the distribution project.
  2. How can I be sure that the distribution has taken place and my leaflets have been delivered?
Independent Backchecks from the distribution are made around one week after the distribution has been completed (five checks per thousand households in the delivery area). This is a doorstep visit at random throughout the distribution area where the leaflets are shown to the householder and a signature obtained confirming receipt.
  3. What are the typical response rates?
Research by the Direct Marketing Association shows that:
    * 62-71% of consumers find door drops useful.
    * 48% have visited a store, bought a product or sent for information as a result of a door drop.
    * 79% keep, pass on, read or glance at door drops
  4. What if I am not happy with the service?
All complaints are dealt with in accordance with our complaints procedure which is set out in our Terms and Conditions.
  5. What types of distribution are there? The most cost effective method is Shared Distribution where your leaflet is included with other leaflets as they are put through a letterbox. Usually no two like leaflets are delivered at the same time unless asked for by clients. More expensive is Solus Distribution where your leaflet is delivered on its own.
